Marketing Assistant / Front of Staff
About the job
You’ll be a part of our marketing team, helping to expand our brand presences and support campaigns that drive growth.
You will assist our team in the creation of engaging content for social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
You will also be responsible for front desk duties and will be required to assist with exciting business projects, convert inquiries and deliver outstanding customer service to our clients throughout your day.

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative and receptionist responsibilities
- Invoicing and receipting for patients
- Organizing appointments and providing pertinent information to patients and doctors
- Reconciliation at the end of the day
- Answering phones and talking with people about procedures
- Manage bookings
- Responding to patient inquiries via email
- Greeting arriving patients
- Checking outpatients, billing, and giving follow-up notes
This is a open opportunity for a casual, part-time or full time position with minimum 14 hours/week between Mon-Sat, with potential increase of hours for the right candidate in the coming weeks-months. Please state your preference when you apply.
